Sorry…my room was dark and my flash on phone sucks, but my android takes great photos in general. This is my ass as of Aug 1, 2012. By Sept 1, I hope to see a change and more uplifted butt since I will do 50 reps a day, hopefully with 10 pound weights (but cannot promise that I will always be able to do them w weights)
P.S. - it was hard to take it from my back as to why the picture on the right is effed up
