Treadmill for 30 minutes (ran, jogged, walked, sprinted)
Elliptical for only 6 minutes but went ham on a high resistance
Then did back exercises (2 row machines, then some other upper back machine and then a back extension machine) and then biceps with dumbbell… I followed what my dad does - start off with moderate weight and do 10 then go heavier and do 8 then heavier and do 6 and heaviest you can do and do 4. It was fab (for the machines)
I’m going to be sooooo sore tomorrow. I’m so excited :D
And tomorrow I’m doing cardio for 30-45 mins and then chest, shoulders, and triceps!
