And this is a 6 month side progress!!! My butt is getting bigger/ firmer but I think my legs are actually smaller now (just the angle isn’t exact)

Sorry but I HAD to upload these three. Look how good my legs look in the third pic! 😍😱 I’m not sorry because like whhhaaaatttt! I’m so proud!!! And I love this new dress that I got πŸ˜˜πŸ˜˜πŸ˜˜πŸ’•

I know my body isn’t anywhere near perfect but I’m reallllly starting to absolutely love love love it and I can’t wait to see my progress by June 1 😍
GUYS I HAD SUCH AN AMAZINNNNGGGGG WORKOUT!!!!! I did 35 mins of intervals and high resistance/ low resistance and walk/jog/run/sprint on the treadmill, then intervals on the elliptical for 11 mins and then 7 minutes on the stair master and then did legs - squats with dumbbells, squats with kettle bells, seated leg press, and some hamstring thing and a long stretch. I swear soooo much (it’s not that visible on my shirt I don’t think) and I smell so bad! I FEELLLL FABULOUS!!!!!

WHAT AN AMAZING WORKOUT!!!

Treadmill for 30 minutes (ran, jogged, walked, sprinted)

Elliptical for only 6 minutes but went ham on a high resistance

Then did back exercises (2 row machines, then some other upper back machine and then a back extension machine) and then biceps with dumbbell… I followed what my dad does - start off with moderate weight and do 10 then go heavier and do 8 then heavier and do 6 and heaviest you can do and do 4. It was fab (for the machines)

I’m going to be sooooo sore tomorrow. I’m so excited :D

And tomorrow I’m doing cardio for 30-45 mins and then chest, shoulders, and triceps!

Went for a 2 mile run
I think my stomach is getting a bit smaller?

Leg progress?? Standing a littttle differently but they do look thinner in general?

I think I am going to “start over”. I am going to remeasure my body everything, except weight, and compare my results to this, just because I feel like I did lose but then at the same time I didn’t.

Every time I reallllly don’t feel like going to the gym and I do, I have the best cardio workout! I did interval running/ sprinting on the treadmill for 20 mins, 1 min at 8, then 1 min at 4 then repeat then the last 2 times I did 9 then 9.5 then did a cool down until i reached 25 mins. and then did intervals on the elliptical for 15 mins and went ham the whole time. Every time I listen to rock music and play the air drums as hard as I can, I have the best cardio workout!!! It’s seriously the best! And it happens like once a week so it’s always great and I get so like emotional and angry at the same time. Like I was listening to The Kill by 30 seconds to mars and I was like whisper shouting the lyrics, almost crying with sweat drippppping down my face. Anyways, I barely did any lower body exercises so ill do them Saturday. I’m just happy I went to the gym and did cardio like my follower made me :* then after doing the but of leg workouts, i went ham on the stair master. This picture doesn’t show nearly as much sweat that was dripping down my face since I wiped it right before. All in all, it was a good day. But seriously. My face was DRIPPING AND SO IS MY SHIRT IN THE BACK AND MY CHEST. ok shower time bye
